How to use
Every morning and night, dampen your re-usable cotton pad with the toner and gently wipe across the face (avoiding delicate eye area).
For a full routine, start by cleansing with Seaweed Oil-Control Face Wash, and finish with Seaweed Oil-Control Gel Cream for 48hr hydration.
