We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible to return the item to us in exchange for store credit or a replacement, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Kindly review our return and refund policy for further details on our procedures and your obligations.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- All returns must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, as indicated on your original receipt.
- Items must be in their original, new, and unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@pillbox.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns submitted without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Upon receiving an RMA number, please follow these steps:
- Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all accompanying accessories and documentation, along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number.
- Send the return package to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be either paid or reimbursed by Pillbox, provided the return is authorized and in compliance with the conditions set forth in this policy.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow up to five (5) business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange request. If approved, we will issue store credit or ship the replacement item, as applicable. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Please note that refunds are only available in the form of store credit, unless otherwise indicated.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to health, hygiene, and regulatory restrictions, including but not limited to:
- Personal Use Products: Items such as support stockings, hosiery, slings, and shorts, due to hygiene considerations.
- Prescription Medications and Controlled Substances: Medications classified as Scheduled or Controlled under regulatory guidelines, as well as products requiring specific storage conditions, are strictly non-returnable.
- Promotional Purchases: Items purchased with free vouchers, promotional offers, or special discounts are not eligible for return.
- Perishable Items: Products such as insulin, vaccines, or similar items requiring strict storage conditions.
